A multi-tenant business management platform for cash and installment sales. Separate platform and business dashboards bring together customer accounts, contracts, collections, inventory, purchases and financial reporting.
CONTEXT
The business problem
Retail businesses need to connect the sale itself with the payments that follow. Customer balances, installment schedules, inventory and expenses become difficult to follow when they live in separate records, especially across multiple branches.
THE SYSTEM
What was built
A connected workspace for sales, customer accounts, installment contracts, collections and stock, with financial views for everyday operations. Platform administration sits alongside tenant and branch experiences so multiple businesses can be managed from the same platform.
